Description

The first day after full moon offers shadows at the eastern limb plus a lunar libration offering views of northerly craters. All images are mono-8 stacks of 600 frames each, 1.5x drizzled, exposure time 6ms at gain 150 and 166fps. Mars is inserted to scale. The air was not steady enough to allow closer views. The final image, a six-panel mosaic, is taken at FL=750mm, 500 frames, exposure 1ms at gain 150, 172fps, 1.5x drizzled.
